TIMING: The Natural Glow Luxury Cruise Vacation Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 20, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (ET) on September 1, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding CO, AK, HI and PR ), age 18 or older who are the named recipient of the 2008 edition of Natural Glow Beauty News sent by Sponsor in the mail and who have internet access at time of entry. Employees of Kao Brands Company, and its parent and affiliate companies, suppliers, advertising, direct marketing and promotions agencies and any other persons involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee (whether or not related) are not eligible. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. In the event that the Sweepstakes is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, the Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue the Sweepstakes, or to disqualify entrants residing in the affected geographic areas. HOW TO ENTER: Enter online by typing in the sweepstakes URL exactly as printed under the Sweepstakes Announcement offer in the issue of Natural Glow Beauty News you received in the mail, and follow all online entry instructions to complete and submit the online entry. All entries must be received no earlier than 12:01 a.m. ET on March 20, 2008 and no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on September 1, 2008. Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to applicable privacy policies. Limit: One entry per person and per email address. No responsibility is assumed for entry registrations that are lost, late, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, or damaged. Mechanically produced, computer-generated and incomplete or illegible entries are void. All entries become property of Kao Brands Company (the “Sponsor”) and will not be returned or acknowledged. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. A random drawing will be conducted on or about October 1, 2008 by Ventura Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding. GRAND PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: A cruise vacation for two (“Cruise”) consisting of: A 7-day cruise for winner and one (1) guest (ARV/Maximum value: $10,000.00). Winner may choose an itinerary and date from any cruise line, providing the cost for the winner and his/her guest shall not exceed the above stated maximum value. Travel reservations subject to availability. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary including same departure and return dates. If, for any reason whatsoever, the winner (or guest) cannot travel after all travel arrangements are made and paid, then the Sponsors shall have no further obligation to the winner and/or guest. If Grand Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Winner will also be awarded $6,000.00, which may be used for transportation and on-board and shore expenses at the discretion of the winner, including for roundtrip (coach) air transportation for winner and his/her guest from the commercial airport nearest winner’s primary home, roundtrip transfers from airport to pier and port charges (collectively, “Transportation Costs”). (The total ARV of the prize to be awarded is up to: $16,000.00; depending on location of winner, itinerary and fares at time of departure. If actual value of the Cruise and Transportation Costs is lower than the maximum value, the difference will not be awarded in cash or by any other means.) If winner resides within 250 miles radius from the cruise port of departure, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value. All other expenses not mentioned herein, including but not limited to, other ground transportation, onboard expenses and gratuities, are the responsibility of the winner. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified by mail and/or email on or about October 6, 2008. The Potential winner will required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity (except where prohibited) within ten (10) days of date printed on notification. Failure to comply within this time period, if any prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing among all eligible entries. Travel companion will be required to sign a travel release of liability prior to travel and must be of the age of majority unless the winner is a parent or legal guardian. If the winner is 18 years of age, however, but deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, a parent or legal guardian shall execute the required documents on minor’s behalf and accompany minor on the trip as his/her guest. If winner is disqualified for any reason or forfeits his or her rights to the prize, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, an alternate winner may be chosen in a random drawing of all eligible entries. PUBLICITY: Acceptance of prize constitutes winner's permission to print and/or post winner's name on Sponsor’s web site, and winner consents to the use of his/her name, city and state of residence, prize won, photograph, and/or voice recordings and likenesses for advertising or publicity purposes, without additional compensation, permission or notification, except where prohibited by law. GENERAL: In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the person to whom the mailing was specifically addressed to and not necessarily the owner or sender of the email address. ARBITRATION AND CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited by
law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees
that: (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected
with this Sweepstakes, or prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without
resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration
under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA
regional office nearest the Entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern
the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and
(3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having
jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards
for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or
consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other
than Entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering
this Sweepstakes), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied
or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity,
interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and

be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the
